Lizadocs provides a platform for creating customized conversational interfaces and managing documents, designed to enhance user interaction and information accessibility.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Data Processing

You retain full ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content").

Important Notice Regarding AI Processing:

To provide core functionalities, the Service utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. When you use the Service (e.g., interacting with conversational interfaces, processing documents), your User Content may be transmitted to and processed by these third-party AI providers.

Please be aware that these third-party AI providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. They may use your User Content for their purposes, including but not limited to training their AI models. Lizadocs does not use your specific uploaded documents to train its own proprietary AI models. We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of these third-party AI providers to understand how they handle your data.

We collect usage data, interaction logs, and chat history to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the quality and features of our Service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload, share, or generate content that violates our policies. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You acknowledge and agree that Lizadocs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings, if available. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding the handling and deletion of your data upon account termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lizadocs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

While we implement security measures as outlined in our Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

In no event shall Lizadocs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically via email or a notification on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, Belarus and Türkiye.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Minsk, Belarus using the Russian language or in Istanbul, Türkiye using the Turkish language, or in Berlin, Germany using the German language, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the International Arbitration Association of related country then in effect. Judgment upon the award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
